We engaged Give Clarity to support our Automatic Upgrade initiative - a complex setup involving over 200K recurring donors segmented into cohorts within our Salesforce NPSP and CDT environment. Valentina, who led the technical delivery on Give Clarity's side, stood out from the very first conversation: she grasped not just the technical requirements, but the underlying goal we were working toward, which made every discussion efficient and productive. What set Valentina apart was her proactivity. Time and again, she surfaced edge cases and considerations we hadn't anticipated ourselves — things that would have caused problems downstream had they gone unnoticed. Her solutions were clean, well-reasoned, and fit naturally within our existing architecture rather than adding unnecessary complexity. Perhaps most valuable for a team with limited Salesforce development capacity: Valentina is an excellent communicator. Her handovers and walkthroughs were always clear and structured, making it easy for us to understand, maintain, and build on her work. For prospective clients, I'd say this is a partner that genuinely invests in understanding your context - not just delivering to spec.

Based on our collaboration with Giveclarity, we engaged them to support parts of a Salesforce implementation to improve how we manage incoming data and processes in a recurring payment process for a specific payment process. They contributed with a technical assessment and configuration in the platform as well as collaborating with us with the overall solution deisgn, while we handled the requirements. What stands out in our collaboration with Giveclarity is their ability to combine a strong understanding of fundraising with solid SF knowledge. They are proactive and good at identifying potential challenges early in the project and genuinely focused on finding the best possible solution rather than overcomplicating things. In this project, they understood our need to build something simple and scalable that we could iterate on over time, rather than a large, rigid solution as a first launch. We have also worked with them in other projects where they have taken a more end to end responsibility and delivered results which we have been very happy with, this reinforces the trust in their capability and overall, we would absolutely recommend Giveclarity as a partner, especially for teams that value a collaborative, pragmatic and solution oriented approach.

We had migrated to Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud over four years before beginning our collaboration with Giveclarity. The previous implementation partner had performed a substantial amount of customizing, and we ourselves had created custom objects, fields, and flows. The system was working but often unwieldy. Our request to Giveclarity was to simultaneously ensure that all existing processes and business logic continued to function properly, help us clean up and streamline the system's configuration, and develop new features our internal stakeholders had already requested. We realized this was going to be a tall order, but we were transparent about this and optimistic that Giveclarity could handle the challenge. We were not disappointed, on the contrary, we have been extremely impressed with Giveclarity's ability to juggle these three roles, help us prioritize projects, and balance risk management and the implementing new features. Our discussions have been open and productive, and we have learned a great deal about the Salesforce cosmos and our particular configuration. When bugs occurred, they were dealt with in a focused and effective manner, with operational stability always the top priority. The main reason for this successful collaboration is the expertise Giveclarity brings to bear on working with Salesforce and with NGOs. The staff brings tools and experience on all aspects of our solution, and our lead consultant is extremely gifted at synthesizing these into understandable and actionable insights that allow us to make decisions that positively impact our performance while staying within budget. Overhead is kept to a necessary minimum, and the interaction is efficient and enjoyable.

Very pleased so far, it's an efficient package and the claim process is very straightforward. Having the Gift Aid reportable from the Opportunity object also helps to us to easily apply targeted comms to donors.
