Since we just moved to SF a year or so ago and due to some rather complex issues internally, there was a bit more of a "learning curve" to be had between TRM and our Partner. We are very much looking forward to this next year and working with our Partner.

Our organization had retooled their Salesforce roadmap and priorities for the upcoming year. In doing so, we identified critical resource needs to execute. We came to Fostering for temporary injection of resources to help our scrum team execute on our priorities. Fostering plugged right in, joined our scrum ceremonies, and injected the instant help we needed to be successful.

Our organization was struggling to gain user adoption of Salesforce Financial Cloud. We brought on Fostering to help evaluate our environment setup and make recommendations for increasing our adoption. Fostering identified a significant amount of customizations to profiles and permission sets and helped us clean that up and simplify based on the size and use cases associated with our implementation. By simplifying the setup, we simplified the maintenance and support, while also enabling our apps to operate more consistently across business lines.

We faced some challenges with record types on accounts and opportunity records. Our over customization had created extra developer support and lack of user adoption. Fostering came in, took on the challenge, encouraged our folks with a simple solution and executed. User adoption increased, and we really capitalized on the value of this engagement on this project.
