However, like any other software products it still may contain functional defects which may impact the user experience or your business processes. Before deploying it in production it is recommended to install and verify the product functionality in a test environment where the impact to the end users and business is minimized. We also recommend taking a data backup before running Duplicate Search & Merge de-duplication. ####3. Limitation Liabilities: By installing Duplicate Search & Merge in your environment you agree to release Mirketa Inc of all liabilities associated with the negative end user and business impact from the use of Duplicate Search & Merge. ####4. Intellectual Property: Duplicate Search & Merge code and algorithms are owned by Mirketa Inc. ####5. End of Support and Termination of Service: Duplicate Search & Merge is a PAID application provided by Mirketa Inc. Mirketa Inc reserves the rights to discontinue the user support and version upgrades for Duplicate Search & Merge.####6. Mirketa Inc reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of Duplicate Search & Merge will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.
