Have had the pleasure of working with the SouthernCloud team for over a year on various projects. The team took as much time as necessary to understand our requirements thoroughly and did above and beyond research to provide suggested solutions in every challenge presented. They were responsive to all requests and timely with each solution provided. Ongoing support was the key to our users adopting the solutions, which SouthernCloud provided exceptionally. No issue was too small for them to help with. Across the board, I was very happy with their services. They helped with heavily technical design and trouble shooting of Flows and Processes as well as general "best practice" suggestions for information flow and object designs.

We have been working with Southern Cloud Solutions on a multi-phase project to transition our business from our legacy system (Access database) to Salesforce Service Cloud (Lightning), with a large amount of customization. This project phase involved moving the payroll part of our business into Salesforce. The Southern Cloud team was highly engaged, from discovery and requirements identification all the way through go-live and post-launch support. They are knowledgeable in all aspects of Salesforce data architecture and external systems integration. Our situation was (and is) particularly challenging, due to external data sources that introduce un-validated and sometimes incorrect data into our org. The Southern Cloud team has helped us manage these challenges and produce a system that functions very well, minimizing downstream effects and streamlining workflows. Their team is a pleasure to work with, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Salesforce implementation partner.

Working with Lynn Grande from Southern Cloud has been exceptional. Our initial scope was developed, then after beginning the project our management made strategic changes to the design of the flows and processes. Without any issues at all, we discussed the changes with Lynn. She was very helpful with making suggestions about the new designs that would help us continue to utilize them into the future if other changes might arise. She was very responsive to the change requests and also was able to modify her schedule to make it a priority. Very sensitive to our timelines while balancing other commitments. In addition to helping to build the processes and flows, she helped us test and confirm the results. This additional assistance is something I wasn't used to when working with other consultants. We liked that she took pride in the project as-if it were her own company.

Southern Cloud Solutions took the time up front to understand my needs and thankfully did not try to sell me something else. They did exactly what I needed and wanted in the time I asked for it. I did not do the best job of identifying all of the pieces and parts for the project up front so we did have to add more time to the budget for that. But they knew how to do it, and still met the timeframe. I will definitely work with them again.

Lynn has been a godsend. She has helped us restructure our database and processes to be more efficient and meet our needs.
