Up Consulting SA consultants supports us in the continuous improvement and new features implementation on our CRM application running on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. The consultants/developers show competency, involvement and curiosity. They are proactive in front of issues or requests and they give feedback and participate in discussions about improvements (technical, organisational, etc.).

UpCRM supports our continuous improvement including new features on Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (and Apps for e-signature and document generation). They do designs, configurations and Apex and LwC dev. Their consultants are highly skilled and committed to deliver valuable solutions. They are also very well integrated in the team and follow our procedures and quality guidelines.

We worked for several years together and UpCRM has consistently delivered value, helping us improving the platform, in constant contact with end users.
We hired the partner in order to be trained on Salesforce Administrator skills. The training was customized to be adapted to our specific needs and different level of knowledge/experience of the trainees. Trainer was very skilled, provided us a structured curse and in the same time was open to answer all questions/remarks and took care to adapt the training pace. This training gave us a start to think about getting the certification.
