I am the CSO of a medium size consultancy that oversees 6 practice areas in HC and Corp Enterprise. We have served thousands of Clients over a decade from companies with a few hundred million in revenues to the fortune 50 as well as thousands of vendors who serve them. We have a very complex SF workflow and had engaged one of, if not the biggest, SF Consultants in the market. It was a constant struggle as our dedicated client rep never lasted more than a few months and we would have to re-educate the new rep on our workflow every time there was turnover.
