ProcessClick is a customizable Business Process Management solution that allows you to configure, manage and analyze the business process lifecycle on your Salesforce CRM, identifying bottlenecks and areas of optimization. The ProcessClick suite core tools are: • Phase Manager: the logic representation of the state machine. Configure, describe and drive the complete lifecycle of each buisiness process you have • Compatibility: a configurable matrix to block/allow the execution of a process (avoid system inconsistencies) • Catalog: contextualized list of all available processes • Dependencies: logic tool to ensure consistency between processes • Activities: allows automatic creation and assignment of template-based tasks during the execution of a process • Integration: a built-in service to handle inbound/outbound messages with external systems
