Good Starter KPI App

I think this is a good starter app for some basic Sales KPI's. I would recommend it to an organization that wants a higher overview of their sales and a place to start while they build out more deeply detailed reports to answer further questions. The reports include geographic reports on sales, sales rep activity, win/loss ratios, open vs working leads and closed sales reports. The reports that I found most helpful to me were the "Closed Sales by Month and Industry," "This Year vs Last Year Closed Business," and "Split Existing vs New Customer." Per a previous reviewers note, you may need to adjust the fields for the reports depending on how you are using Salesforce.

Good starter and framework, but requires configuration

Each widget of the dashboard requires specific configuration for your organization. The associated report frameworks are pre-created which makes it reasonably easy to tweak the fields and filters to get the widgets to represent your information. Mine is mostly working now — well enough that I use it in staff meetings.

Installation Failed

I get the same message as many others: Package Not Found. The requested package doesn't yet exist or has been deleted. If this is a recently created package version, please try again in a few minutes or contact the package publisher.

Doesn't show basic...

I wanted to see how many calls i've been logging and the KPI dashboard doenst seem to capture this metric

Can't install....

I was looking forward to testing this dashboard for one of my clients, but I am getting an error when I try to install it in the sandbox.

A great start for sales dashboards

This app provides a great starting base of dashboards and reports for Leads. Some require tweaking with custom fields and such but what a relief to not have to start from scratch!

Great app!

Great pre-made reports and dashboard to get you started! For us the reports require some customization, and I'm having trouble with the Lead Status report, so I'll replace it with one we already have built, but overall this is a great app that quickly gives you some awesome KPI reports and a dashboard as building blocks.
