A fantastic solution. our best experience yet with any Appexchange application. Does exactly what it says on the tin - providing a solution for the electronic capture of signatures. Each generation of the product gets a little better adding useful tools and options, and so far the product has performed perfectly (we've been live capturing customer proposal acceptance for nearly a year now). A terrific tool - saves money, time, paper, carbon and helps your organisation look very advanced as a little side bonus. An efficient and sustainable option

As a nonprofit organization that works to promote renewable energy we looked for a paperless digital signing solution, which is essential, because it's good for the environment and saves our organization time and money. We wanted a product we could trust, be cost effective, integrate with Salesforce, and add value to our organizational services by making it easy for our clients to use. With the help of AssureSign we were able to fulfill all requirements. AssureSign makes it easy to create documents and provide to our clients who expect sustainable options, and it couldn't be easier. With a simple integration object in Salesforce we are able to pull existing data from just about any standard Salesforce tab into a document and send it, making it ready for clients to sign remotely immediately. Plus, it’s a service our clients feel comfortable using. No more faxes, or long periods waiting for signed contracts to come by mail, which could take weeks. Now, we can send it and know the moment it's completed. One document had a turn around time of less than two minutes! The folks at AssureSign are easy to work with and constantly adding to, and improving, the AssureSign features. The time saved and value added more than pays the small monthly fee. AssureSign Saved Our Company!

AssureSign cut our document costs per client from more than $100.00 per client to less than $.01! AssureSign gives us countersigned contracts with our clients in under 4 minutes! AssureSign guarantees our Federal Government payment for our services in under 1 minute! When we first started, we used Fax, US Mail and Overnight Services as our system for document management. Our clients are individuals living in their homes, most without access to fax machines. We would send a 12 page pdf that they would print out and sign, and usually mail back - or fax if they knew where to get access. (We lost about 30% of potential clients for failing to return paperwork.) We would then process the mail and faxes, print, countersign, scan documents, send more pdfs to the client for their records, and manage the growing paper archive following various retention rules we are required to follow. This cost us money, money, money, and it was only the beginning of the process, we would go through a similar process with the other individuals involved in a client's case. We were in trouble As we began to sink, and burn our funders money faster than anyone thought possible, we learned about E-Signatures and quickly implemented them. Our clients simply had to enter their email address and initials, press a button and we had countersigned contracts and documents. The only problem was, to our horror, the Federal Government refused to accept E-Signatures over 90% of the time. In other words, we could not get paid without "real" signatures. This required us to get E-Signatures so we could ensure our contract, and also paper documents to ensure payment. We were in a worse position than before, having to deploy, maintain, and pay for 2 systems. We found AssureSign, and literally, their product has saved our company.
