We have used Propertbase since 2016 The platform provides a comprehensive solution for managing listings, contacts, and marketing in one place, which has helped streamline our day-to-day operations. The listing management is intuitive, making it easy to maintain accurate property information and distribute listings across multiple marketing channels. The CRM integration keeps client and property data connected, reducing duplication and improving efficiency. One of the standout features is the flexibility of the platform. It can be customised to suit different workflows, and the reporting tools provide valuable insights into listings and business performance. The support team has also been responsive and helpful whenever we've needed assistance. Like any enterprise software, there is a learning curve to make the most of all the available features, but once implemented, it becomes an excellent tool for managing a real estate business. Overall, Propertybase is a reliable and feature-rich platform that has helped improve our productivity and organisation. We'd happily recommend it to agencies looking for an all-in-one real estate CRM and listing management solution.

Highly customisable and flexible real estate platform

W've been with Propertybase for a year now and we have had a very positive experience operating out of, and implementing the system. Propertybase onboarding was done extremely well and their support throughout the process was thorough, with highly knowledgeable support at hand. The customisable nature has allowed us to implement some of our more complex business processes within the system and removed a lot of manual handling and wasted resource hours that were present. We now have complete data visibilty and are able to report acurately. The only downside would be the marketing tools are a little disparate and limited. I understand there is development in the pipeline but these limitations do mean that complex marketing automation is more difficult than some other purpose bult marketing platforms. In addition, no baked in SMS function means another add on with a different data structure. All in all an, excellent platform for Sales with some development required on the marketing side.

Propertybase is a future-proof platform that also offers professional email marketing & automation tools in one system! With the Salesforce architecture, it can do almost anything you can imagine. Manage your inventory, teams, clients, and automations and marketing tracking from lead acquisition to closed deals. I've been using Propertybase for over 8 years, and there's still no other system that I've seen to truly compete. They have been rolling out updates more and more frequently this year, and the support teams in the USA and Australia have been on-top of my requests also. Props to them as I can tell they're getting on top of things and to Paul Simmons and Rod Gilbody who I've enjoyed working with for many years. Salesforce has rolled out some changes over the past 4 years and I've seen Propertybase keep up and catch up - this means your system will work as time goes by and technology changes, making this a great long-term investment. I've seen this used successfully for robust Developments, Retail Real Estate, Builders, Property Management and more. If you value your data and investment in a tool that can help you manage it all in one place, you'll appreciate what Propertybase offers. I'm seeing lots of marketing for other CRM's using the allure of AI and pretty pictures to promote their platforms, but I haven't seen anything comparable to the solid backbone of Propertybase on Salesforce.

Not suitable unless you have deep pockets and in-house Salesforce experts

We’ve been using Propertybase by Salesforce for nearly four years now, and unfortunately, the experience has been extremely underwhelming. While Salesforce is undeniably a powerful platform, it’s only effective if you have access to a highly experienced and very expensive Salesforce engineers. From the outset, the system required a substantial investment just to get it functional. You don’t receive a working product out of the box—you’re essentially handed a blank canvas that demands continuous development and costly customization. Worse still, the developer offers little to no support throughout the process. We’ve built a highly scalable system, but it has cost us a small fortune with countless development hours. If you’re not a large organization with a dedicated Salesforce team and a generous budget, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. The biggest issue by far? The complete lack of customer service. Once you’ve paid, you’re on your own.

Property Base: A Great Salesforce Entry App

Jinding has been using Property Base as our CRM for approximately four years. The interface is user-friendly, and the platform supports seamless integrations with other salesforce marketing tools and external agency CRMs. We've worked closely with our developer partners to implement enhancements that align with our day-to-day business needs. The platform is backed by a strong library of support articles and training resources, which have empowered our team to continually learn and optimise how we use the system. Looking ahead, we'd love to see further enhancements to streamline lead management when working with external agencies.

Excellent Product and Support

2 years ago our company reviewed our CRM options and went with Propertybase. Not a single day has passed where anyone in the organisation regretted that decision. Cameron and his entire team have been great to work with. They go above and beyond just "fixing issues" and educate me in the process.
