Display an Account or Contact on a Google Map using address information only. Google Map can be displayed inline or via button or a link. Information is displayed in users language. Developed as a component so it can easily be reused and changed for other Salesforce custom objects. It can be configured to use different Google Map sites for example maps.google.co.uk or maps.google.de to help locate address. To install If you need to display languages other than English then the following steps need to be followed first (before package install) 1) Setup "Translation Workbench", if it is not enabled contact salesforce support to get it setup 2) Activate the languages you need. Navigate to Setup->Administration Setup->Translation Workbench->Translation Workbench Setup After installing the application follow instructions on "International Mapping Setup" tab. *** UPDATE *** Version 1.2.1 now supports Google language code. *** Usage *** This application has been configured to use the Google Maps API for illustrative purposes only. Your use of Salesforce International Mapping using Google Maps may require the Google Maps for Enterprise API.
