Configure, Price, Quote with BlueprintCPQ

Excellent tool, great value

We have used this tool to streamline our quoting (and ordering). It allows us to work entirely within Salesforce.com from anywhere in the world. Key for us was the ability to find products that matched certain criteria so that any user could issue great looking quotes in a few minutes. Built into the configurator is a rules and calculation engine which means we can instantly see the effect on our margin as key criteria is changed i.e. country of origin changes import duty, or the number of bikes on a container affects transport costs etc. We use this to prevent people selling at too low margin. We have also used this to improve our forceasting at a detailed level using the standard tools within Salesforce. Previously we used a lot of Excel spreadsheets, and cutting and pasting into Word. Blue Zebra showed us how easily this could be replaced so we can now work smarter within Salesforce.com. This tool is great value and well worth considering.
