I am a Sandler Trainer. I encourage my clients to use Salesforce and Incite2. This app will increase the adoption rate of salesforce by your sales people and your sales managers. Incite2 Rocks!

Incite2 is an exceptional addition for any Salesforce user. It streamlines viewing contact information/activities/history and incorporates workflow to help you keep things moving and increase productivity. The best part, however, is that it's easy to get started and intuitive to use. Email is MUCH easier and all of Incite's functions get logged into SFDC which by itself makes it worth the price of admission. I recommend heartily that you check it out! (And, yes, I use it!) Barry

I always wondered why Salesforce does not have a cold calling tool. The name Salesforce leads one to believe that it is an automated system right out of the box, built for salespeople. Salesforce is built for marketers who believe that " Cold Calling is Dead" this notion could not be further from the truth I am a commercial real estate broker in New York City who leases office space to sophisticated space users. It is my job on a daily basis to Cold Call with the purpose of setting up meetings with C level executives. I can not stumble when answering objections and the scripting and objection answering feature help me with this. Before Insite2 I was making 20 calls a day using salesforce's list views and reports etc. Now I am making 60 calls a day using Insite2.
