The Kugamon team has a real winner on it's hands. This SFDC-native platform is lightweight but powerful, bringing the entire sales process onto one pane of glass. No more disconnected Opportunities and Quotes/Orders, no more fractured approval processes, just more control over everything. They've really thought of a lot to improve QoL for both sales reps and admins. Implementation is a breeze, and my only hardship has been our own business processes that needed to be custom built. Highly recommended.

Kugamon is so deeply thought through that it hardly feels intimidating to use. The onboarding is second to none; the Kugamon team has everything mapped out to ensure a white-glove experience throughout the entire process. Once you are onboarded, it feels like your revenue is turned on autopilot—it just works. It makes it easy to quote, easy to collect, and easy to renew. As someone who has set up Salesforce CPQ before, I found Kugamon to be much more straightforward and easier to use. It took us just a few weeks to get going, rather than the few months or even years required by other systems. If I could, I would scream it from the mountain tops: at least get a demo of this product if you or your team are involved in any sort of sales or sales process. Kugamon is intuitive, simple, and drives revenue with thoughtful automation along the way.

It's not just the response is the content of the response coupled with either a quick phone call or a a request to meet. In a urgent world they understand what it means to deliver exceptional customer service!

I’ve had a great experience using this application and would highly recommend it. One of the standout aspects is the support team — they are consistently responsive and incredibly quick to reply, which makes a huge difference in day-to-day use. It’s clear that customer feedback is genuinely valued, as new features and improvements are regularly introduced based on user input. The overall quote to cash process is very seamless, and the administrative management is well-structured and efficient. Additionally, the training materials are easily accessible and kept up to date, making onboarding and ongoing learning seamless. Overall, a reliable and user-focused application that continues to improve as other tools out there.

Great Salesforce Native CPQ Tool

Kugamon is an awesome tool that I found to be easy to understand and configure for our complex use case. When there were times I was unsure how to do something, Kuldip was always helpful and quick to respond! Not to mention, they have a fantastic onboarding process that does a great job of covering every feature. Cannot recommend this tool enough!
