Real deal

These guys are the real deal, they actually fixed our Salesforce mess without a million annoying meetings. If you want someone who just gets it done and doesn't charge for a bunch of fluff, they're your people.

So easy to work with

We have used Salesforce for a few years but never really customized it too much. We hired MKPartners to build new screens and automate our processes. THey were very friendly and easy to work with. It was nice that they were in our Timezone and could answer our questions on the call without having to go and ask other people

Worth every penny

MK Partners nailed it on the first try. We needed some pretty specific new screens added to our org. We got a few recommendations from our AE but MK Partners was the only one that we had confidence could get it done. The best part wasn't even the tech side, it was that they didn't need me to jump on a million calls to explain the same thing twice. They just got in there and built exactly what we needed to get our portal back on track. Everything’s running way smoother now and I'm not getting pings from every five minutes. If you're looking for someone who actually knows their way around Salesforce and won't charge you for a bunch of fluff, just go with these guys. Super easy to work with and worth every penny.

Made it so easy

Y’all… I cannot say enough good things about this team. Getting Salesforce set up for the first time was not my forte, but they made the whole thing way easier than I ever expected. They broke everything down in plain English, walked us through it step by step, and never once made us feel dumb for asking questions. They really took the time to understand our business and didn’t just hand us some generic webpages. Everything actually fits how we work. Our sales are rockin, our data is clean, and I can actually pull reports without wanting to cry. They were quick to respond, super patient, and just genuinely pleasant to work with. They're a real partner that answers my questions when I ask them.

Great customization

Our SalesForce was pretty standard and our sales reps wanted a better way to enter data. MKPartners built us some new screens to fit our process and it made things way faster and now our reps are much happier too

Way better than my last experience

What I appreciated most was that they didn't talk over my head or use a bunch of tech jargon. They just sat down, listened to how we do things, and set it up so it actually makes sense for our workflow. I'm not fighting with spreadsheets anymore, and I’m actually getting out of the office at a decent hour because I’m not stuck doing double data entry. If you’re on the fence or worried about the learning curve, don't be. They’re patient, they’re local, and they actually know what they’re doing. Highly recommended.

Wow, really professional experience

I first worked with MK Partners in 2022. We had differences in opinion about what was in scope and I'm not convinced the staff member they assigned was the best fit. 3 years later I complained online and their CEO reached out directly! He listened to all my complaints and offered to make things right. They made it a high priority and fixed the issue in a sandbox within a week. We then deployed to production a week later. The first employee I worked with in 2022 isn't there anymore, so maybe that was the problem because this time around they did a great job and won me back!

Worst partner ever

Had a horrible experience with this company - worst CRM implementation ever. We were promised a smooth transition with an experienced rep and were instead assign a new hire from MK partners that had no idea what she was doing. Virtually all our implementation deadlines were missed and we had to spend the next 6 months recovering, limping along, and doing our implementation internally. DO NOT use this company - avoid it like the plague. We couldn't even get a refund, they just offered more work pro bono which did not help at all.

Provided great support

I needed help with our Sales Force to load images in bulk and get them displayed on our contacts. They were very responsive and provided step by step instructions. They really made it easy for me and we got the job done quickly.
