Project Evaluation: Salesforce Implementation with Factory42 As part of our Salesforce implementation project, we successfully introduced the Salesforce Sales Cloud as a centralized Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system for the entire company. A key achievement was the integration of diverse requirements from both the Retail and Marketplace business units, resulting in unified and effective solutions. The collaboration with our implementation partner Factory42 was consistently open, solution-oriented, and collaborative. We benefited greatly from frequent in-person meetings, which significantly contributed to the project's success. Despite a tight budget, we were able to stay within financial limits. One of the major challenges was the connection to our internal system, which was successfully established. We are very satisfied to now have a shared system across the company for managing our partner relationships, which has improved both internal coordination and external collaboration.
