Our initial SalesForce rollout was not in line with our expectations. Working with SalesForce Optimizer and their highly skilled team of architects, programmers and trainers turned our experience around leading to a very smooth re-launch of the system. Our project manager Maria McCormick did a fantastic job at keeping us on track with our redesign timeline. John Smoak's redesign provided us with very useful insight into various tools available to us that we otherwise would not have discovered. Our trainer Stuart Morrell showed patience with novice users. His vast knowledge of the SalesForce tool and his understanding of our management team's needs made the transition to our new product that much smoother. Overall, we are very satisfied with our revamped product and would highly recommend SalesForce Optimizer.
