Some of the powerful features included in this iTools are: - Receive an email when a delegated task is completed or modified. - List of all tasks you have delegated in an easy to access Tab and/or Home Page Component. - Email reminders of upcoming task. - Email notifications when tasks are overdue. - Assign tasks to Contacts (people inside and outside of your organization). - Tracks the number of days (work and calendar) required to complete each task. - Ability to assign tasks to a group / department / business function. Each iTool uses our powerful Configuration Management technology to activate individual features and configure system behaviors to meet the specific needs of your organization, profiles, or individual users.
