This was a challenging project with many requirements, coordinating different platform teams/development, and on a tight timeline. Corbin and the team did a tremendous job with their commitment to the project, communicating status and mitigating risk. There could have been some more engagement initially on the architecture and mapping exercises to get started faster and obtain a more comprehensive understanding earlier in the project cycle. Otherwise, my experience with the Ascend team on this project was great and so was their performance.

This was a challenging project with aggressive milestones, complexity, and large scope. The team was able to pick up on items and produce consistent, quality output throughout the project. They would raise risks and concerns when appropriate, allowing me to manage the risk on my end. The team is continuing to follow-up post hyper-care to ensure the production solution continues in a stable manner.

Ascend is great to work with from start to finish! The Ascend team is very thorough in learning your company's goals, both short and long-term, and provides a variety of solutions. The process is fine-tuned with discovery, implementation, UAT, deployment, training, and post-implementation support. The weekly calls and Status Reports were appreciated. Each team member is communicative and clear on the next steps, as well as who will be responsible for each moving piece. They were very adaptive to our needs and completed the project on time and on budget. They're a great team, and we look forward to working with them again in the future! Thanks, Ascend Team!
