I've worked with Mavens to build the patient services system for two biotech start-ups, and I'd hire them time and time again. Radius Health and Mavens partnered to develop, deploy and enhance our Veeva CRM for our Sales team. Mavens brought detailed knowledge of the Veeva and SFDC tools as well as strong business knowledge of how this applies to the Pharmaceutical industry which allowed us to jump start our program. Their design and implementation skills are excellent and their speed and responsiveness were very strong. Flexible, Knowledgable, and very easy to work with

Not your father's Med Info solution

Mavens Medical Information Cloud web-based solution on the salesforce platform is outstanding. Intuitive, sleek, responsive, with incredibly useful features and attributes. Brett and Kai have been outstanding partners in the design, build and implementation of the new system. With their help, moving to a new med info system went from a stretch goal to a slam dunk for my department. I would highly recommend this product and this team. Amazing product, fantastic support, and top-notch customer service. We could not be more excited to work with the Mavens team.

As a 25 year veteran of the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industry, I have seen many technology “disruptions” some great and others fail to provide value. The “Mavens Medical Information Cloud” may not be a major “disruption” to the entire industry; it is definitely a positive step forward in our Medical Affairs department. The system based on the Salesforce platform, which will allow us to scale globally and accommodate any growth we have in the near and midterm. We can also more closely integrate with our Sales Representatives and Medical Science Liaisons, that are already utilizing the Salesforce platform. The technical aptitude and understanding of the general business practices, in all levels of the Mavens organization, far exceeded our expectations. The entire Mavens team has a rock solid willingness to work with the quirks of our organization without it adversely affecting the implementation time line. The project management was flexible enough to meet our needs and structured enough to meet our implementation time line. I am pleased to say that for someone who is knowledgeable about the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry medical information process the “Mavens Medical Information Cloud” system is very intuitive and easy to use.
