Solid Understanding of Salesforce Software and Our Company's Needs

Our company worked with ForceBrain on data migration from our existing CRM system to Salesforce. Out rep was very knowledgeable regarding Salesforce and what was needed to migrate our data. Creative Solutions that Push the Envelope

I spoke with dozens of Salesforce Developers for our small non-profit and this was the only company that did three important things: 1) Came up with a creative database design solution using Salesforce Communities in a way that saved us $15,000. 2) Consulted with us about how to save money (their quote was $10,000 cheaper than most of the competition after we worked out ways to cut costs). 3) Communicated in a way that was straight, down-to-earth and clear. When you're working with developers, time is money! When Salesforce Communities had recently launched, these guys knew the most about the new features compared to others. They also spent a lot of time consulting with us before we even signed. During that time, they advised us on how we can reduce our quote by managing and delegating lower-skill tasks to our internal staff. Sumo is a great product

We hired ForceBrain to deploy their scheduling platform - Sumo Scheduler. The team worked through weekends and holidays to get us ready to meet our January program deadlines. Their technical people are very capable and easy to work with, and we found the sales people to be responsive and good listeners. An experience I'd readily repeat!

Good Communication, Good Ideas, Good Responsiveness

Working with Forebrain has been a good experience over the last 9 months. Our org is extremely complex and is not a walk in the park. We have Triggers, Workflows(150+), complex approval processes and validation rules. Probably one of the most complex orgs I've worked in in my 6 years experience. We are using their team plan for overflow requests and problem resolution. The team I was given is knowledgeable and responsive to our needs. I"d recommend Forcebrain to just about any other company.

We reached out to other vendors but decided to select ForceBrain. Initially there was a misunderstanding about what would be included in the Statement of Work. The team was prompt in adjusting the Statement of Work to accommodate our design specifications. The solution ForceBrain developed would be excellent for any sales company operating within multiple business units and has complex territory routing account management. Working with the team at ForceBrain was awesome.

Unreal Service!

So it was last Friday mid afternoon and all of a sudden my lead posting function failed on me. I was receiving APEX error emails from Salesforce.com. This paralyzed my business. I recently lost my IT guy so I was in big time jam. I reached out to a couple of different IT folks and came across Force Brain. Let me tell you folks, it was a 5 Star, top of the line, double thumbs up experience. On a Friday afternoon at 4pm, they listened to my issues, jumped on a webinar, found a solution, and helped me implement before the weekend! I wish I had discovered Force Brain a few years ago when building my lead routing engine. I will be going back to them for more work shortly! I have been around Salesforce.com for 4 years and have tried many domestic and overseas developers. Trust me, go with Force Brain!

Saleforce Implementation Experts in the Cloud..

We used Forcebrain to help us transition from Oracle CRM to Salesforce.com and they delivered. We did have some Salesforce experience but needed a structured and inexpensive means to fully integrate with our icix service. Forcebrain demonstrated through their proposal that they could meet all of our needs and at all times were absolutely pleasurable to deal with. Amber who was assigned our account was unbelievable. She quickly recognized our needs, implemented quality solutions the first time, and was highly responsive and supportive to changes. In addition, Forcebrain delivered excellent quality technical documentation which we continue to leverage in training new employees and/or making updates to our implementation.
