Together with our partner Twoday we have managed to implement Service. Cloud and Sales Clous solutions for teams in 5 countries within 1 year. In this period we have found that the input from Twoday, the assistance with keeping the project on track and providing timely delivery of developed features has been crucial in completing our project succesfully. We have had very good experiences with the communication style, availability and flexibility from Twoday. During the past year we have had to adjust our planning a few times and every time we managed to set up a workable planning together. In terms of the quality of work, in the entire year we have had 1 small item where a setting was not configured as it was in our UAT environment. This was then resolved quickly as well. For the rest, all of the work that Twoday has delivered was according to our specifications and requirements. During the 4 major Go-Live moments we had last year we haven't encountered any issues from Twoday's side that impacted our Go-Live readiness. In short, a partner that collaborates well, provides quality of work and has been flexible to suit our developing needs.
