From a technical, Architectural and solutioning point of view, I found this partner to be average, however, from a development & testing point of view, they are excellent. When engaging with a partner, ensure that the Architectural, Technical, and Solutioning Aspects are kept in-house, while leveraging a partner to help develop and test solutions. We partnered with Wipro for our UWP Application support and Salesforce Platform support. Wipro did outstanding work to stabilize our application and platform during time when we were facing lot of challenges which were impacting our customer experience, and it was leading into lot of call volume to our contact center. And the day Wipro took over this support from our internal team, they demonstrated their experience and expertise not only in Salesforce but even with all data integrations and best practices and stabilized the application and platform in no time. In fact, with their consistent effort and due diligence helped us to improve our customer satisfaction, experience score and it also helped to reduced contact center call volume which led into operational expense savings.

Shared Thrive has been a true partner to KeyImpact over the years. They care about our business and work closely with us to ensure a positive outcome and user experience for our users. This year in particular, they helped to design and implement a Stats and Stories mobile app that has been a huge success since the rollout in October. We have been working with WiPro for about three years and have always had excellent results. For this project the WiPro shared thrive team was brought on to assist in creating a customer community with bidirectional communication to our onsite equipment. Despite numerous challenges along the way the team was always engaged and eager to tackle any new issue. They went out of their way to ensure that our stakeholders needs were acknowledged and addressed, and if a solution wasn't possible because of time/budget, they were quick to offer alternatives.
