I´m working over 3 years together with H&W as partner and we have a lot of projects ongoing and finalized hundreds successfully. H&W is a professionell partner with very good, motivated and very friendly employers. The know how about different Orgs (Service, Sales Marketing) and functions is absolut brillant. Also new features or new Salesforce Apps are always learned quickly by the team, so you have also a partner who is up to date. Especially the owner of H&W Bernd are involved in all of our projects and is leading the projects always in a very smart and very kind way. Personal I´m always happy to speak to him because after our calls I´ve no problems anymore just good solutions. He is leading also with focus to keep the costs small and the timeline for the clients. I`m absolut happy about the support of H&W and I would recommend them also to other SF customers, because they have a unique way to communicate (motivate) and bringing also complex projects to success.

As a follow-up project I can underline my previous remarks again. Once again, we were able to implement a successful CRM project together with our selected partner.

Reference projects should not only play a role in the selection of a service provider. The decisive factor is that one also considers in particular the partnership component in the selection. This means that already here the basis of a successful business relationship is laid. As a rule, an IT project is never 100% straight and poses a challenge to both sides. It is important that you work together in a joint, cooperative and goal-oriented way, because only then can such a project be successfully implemented.
