Throughout the (completed) discovery phase and into implementation I have particularly noted Sputnik's direct communication (and reiteration) regarding goals and scope. Projects such as these can easily introduce Scope Creep - the Team's guardrails against Creep have been both clear and professional which is very much appreciated.
