Business Challenge: There was a lack of process, process adherence, and governance within the Inbound Order Management space in times of constraint. This allowed over consumption of demand forecasts from customers, which had a domino effect throughout our business as customers were being shorted as we were not able to supply all order requests. With this, we were not able to deliver prior promises to customers and at times, incur significant fines and fees due to these shortcomings. Giving our teams the visibility and tools to manage this, through Quota Management was exactly what we needed to improve service to our customers as well as keep those promises. We knew that we needed a partner that understood our market and kept best practices front of mind. We needed a partner that would assist us in ideation and did not just build what we asked for and moved on as this was a process challenge across multiple systems and multiple integrations. From day 1, Fujitsu assisted us in the overall discovery and design for the Quota Management Solution from end to end, across 5 systems and 3 separate integration partners. They led training sessions and demos and really brought our teams along for the journey to ensure that once this was in place, we were fully equipped to run it. It was a breath of fresh air having a partner as selfless in nature that was so focused on delivering clean, quality work. Within this ecosystem, we used Glovia OM, which is part of the Salesforce App Exchange as well as features and objects of Sales and Service cloud to build a series of capabilities, reporting, dashboards, and case management to support this from end to end. This ecosystem really allows us to ensure process adherence from our users which is a large driver of getting better each day. These technologies mixed with Mulesoft integrations rounded out a 360 package that set our teams up for both immediate and future state success as we continue down this path for future improvements as we

Fujitsu is our service provide for Order Management Application that is built in Salesforce. All the resources worked in the project are very strong in functional and technical.

The team I worked with was able to pivot quickly when new information came in. Although, it was stressful for everyone involved they were realistic with estimations once the new info came in. It didn't take weeks upon weeks to get the changes implemented and ready.
