Integration Overview The Fujitsu GLOVIA® OM and B2C Commerce Integration Cartridge enables the real-time, bidirectional synchronization of Salesforce B2C Commerce with GLOVIA® OM, and integration with Salesforce Clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud. Integration with legacy back-office systems/systems of record such as SAP and Oracle is also enabled leading to full business operations visibility.
