Westbrook worked with our small charity to ensure we have a fit -for -purpose donor database, which is now far more steamlined and efficient. Due to the brilliant work the Westbrook consultant has done, we are now in the position to use the database as an effective tool to review and plan fundraising strategies, manage effective donor relationships, safeguard our data, something we’ve never been in the position to do before. We've also received excellent training to improving our SF skills and knowledge. A complete game-changer for us! Westbrook understood our issues, communicated and managed the work clearly and effectively, and was proactive in providing solutions above and beyond what we had asked for,
