The Swift River team visited us in Cambodia and whipped us into shape, taking the hobbled mess I'd created on my own, followed by a couple years of the blind-leading-the-blind, and turning it into something streamlined, useful and more user-friendly. They also set the stage for us to be able to be much more effective moving forward.

Perfect fit

Swift River has been a perfect fit for us. Baltimore Corps is a team of 18 right now with 3 people on our operations team -- one pseudo-systems admin, 1 measurement and evaluations guru and one director. Katie has worked with us for the past few months and been able to dig into the details and zoom out to the implications on M&E in a way that has been really hard to find. She has been an excellent communicator and worked SO WELL with our team. We feel very lucky to have found SRC to work with for our last build-out. Highly recommend.

Best investment we have made!

EarthCorps hired SwiftRiver to design and implement a custom application which was and is a central part of EarthCorps program. We went from laminated sheets of paper to an automated online accessible system that has saved us a tremendous amount of staff time and money. SwiftRiver and Nineta were professional, clear, honest, and came in on time and under budget! We couldn't have asked for a better experience! We have gained so much more then we thought we were going to get from what they created for us. I highly recommend them.

After discovery calls with several other consultants, we choose Swift River to guide us through our transition from multiple databases (membership and advocacy) to Salesforce ... and couldn't be happier with our choice. Sonny and Cat were so helpful and patient, listened to our needs and didn't push items or implementations that we didn't need, especially as we were working with a constrained budget. In short, we could not have done this without them, and certainly not been able to hit the ground running hours after our data was imported. We continue to use Swift RIver for ongoing support and highly recommend them for other organizations looking to make the switch to Salesforce.

We chose Swift River for our Salesforce implementation project after a competitive proposal process, and we have zero regrets. We worked with Cat and Sonny, and I can't recommend them highly enough - they are the best! Our project went smoothly from start to finish. Sonny helped us come up with the best, most efficient instance for our program and fundraising management needs. Our legacy data was also pretty messy to work with, and he still completed the data migration portion of the project on time. At the beginning, we weren't sure how working with a remote consultant would work, but we had absolutely no problems - Cat and Sonny were always extremely responsive whenever we needed to get in touch with them, and training via video conference worked perfectly for us. We even finished the project ahead of schedule and are happy to say that using Salesforce is already helping us more efficiently provide critical services to our clients and more effectively track and manage our fundraising. I highly, highly recommend using Swift River for your Salesforce project.

We were referred to Swift River several years ago by a previous consultant and feel like we hit the lottery. Swift River took the time to learn our business and served as our Salesforce administrator until we were able to hire an internal person. We continued to use their services in a “senior support” capacity as our administrator learned the ropes. We work primarily with Kristina Winters who is very knowledgeable and patient. Kristina’s her persistence in fixing a scheduling tool bug assumed personal mission status until the issue was resolved. The folks on the business side, Meghan Morrison and Cat Monaghan, are thoughtful, strategic partners as our relationship continues and always leave me feeling that they have our best interest in mind. My only regret is that we hadn’t been connected with Swift River Consulting when we initially adopted Salesforce.

Swift River is beyond fabulous. Katie has worked with us since the very beginning, guiding us skillfully through comprehensive business process reviews and an extremely robust implementation to manage everything from a program dating back to the 1950s to the multi-faceted Fellowship programs for a global network of entrepreneurial leaders, and the high-touch events and ventures that represent our current focus. Our goals are ambitious, our scope always creeps, we like to move fast, and we need to maintain the highest level of quality possible - and Katie, Cat, and the rest of the Swift River team have been more than up for the challenge. It's been a great pleasure to have the opportunity to work with Swift River on implementing an entirely new Salesforce instance for our organization. Megan, Meghan, and Park were always patient, thoughtful, and smart guiding us throughout the entire duration of the project. They always exceeded our expectations by coming up with solutions to many small to big problems along the way.
