They made sure to answer our questions (or would get the correct answer for us if they didn't have it at the time). Xede did a great job helping us with our Pardot implementation. We ran into some technical issues, but fortunately, Xede handled all of this with Salesforce. It was all resolved quickly and did not impact our timelines in any way. Had I not had their assistance during the initial Pardot stand-up, it would have been very difficult to resolve on my own. They also helped me learn everything I needed to navigate / get started with Pardot and set up branded templates that I can use moving forward.
