Demand Chain was hired to solve a major business challenge: managing the complex funding and program administration of state and federal housing programs on Salesforce Sales Cloud and a Customer Portal. The most significant value they brought was the development of a highly configurable funding round and checklist framework. This system automatically populates a checklist for applicants based on specific project characteristics. What's truly unique is that the framework allows us to administer 41 funding rounds since 2017 with minimal IT involvement, adapting to our business's evolving needs. The efficiency gains are massive: while it took approximately 200 hours to build a funding round from scratch, we can now clone and reuse a round in just one minute. Without their expertise and knowledge, out internal team would not have produced the same results in the project time allotted.
