Citrin has been an invaluable partner for our small nonprofit. Internally, we don't have the depth of expertise to keep up with the ever changing landscape of Salesforce. The only SFDC Implementation Consultants You Should Use

I have worked with Mark and Dave now on two SFDC implementations and cannot say enough great things. The team not only works very hard to meet tight deadlines, but also use their industry experience to coach you through some of the (wrong) decisions you may make when rolling the tool out. I sincerely hope I do not have to implement SFDC again, but if I do, its going to be with Redsky!!

Excellent Service, Top-notch Knowledge!

After a long battle transitioning to Hubspot CRM from Close.io CRM, we decided to finally migrate to Salesforce. For a startup of our size (~50 employees) with hundreds of SaaS clients in multiple geographies, this wasn't going to be easy... Fortunately, we had Mark to help us to get things up and running! Beyond the consistent, high-level of service and expertise that Mark brought to the table, he went above and beyond to complete the unnecessarily arduous task of exporting and importing activity data from our old CRM (shame, Hubspot...). After working with Mark for this initial implementation, I shared a list of new projects our sales and success team had. When I asked if I could do the work myself to save on expenses (I had just moved into the role of sales operations and Salesforce administrator with no prior experience), he jumped on a call to, as he said, "teach a man to fish." Now I'm fully versed in Salesforce and received a formal title change and promotion. Thank you Mark and Red Sky Solutions for putting our company needs first and passing on the fishing pole!

Getting your startup off the ground

I had a great experience working with Mark and the rest of the team at Red Skye. When trying to choose a consultant, I went to a former colleague who has been VP Business Ops at a few well know companies in the bay area, he recommended the team here. My two biggest concerns were (1) would it end up costing a lot more than we budgeted for and (2) would they teach be how to do trivial things so I wasn't entirely dependent on them. Both of those things proved to be true, we came in under budget, and I was taught how to fish along the way. Having said that, I email Mark a few times a week, at all hours, and he's very responsive in helping fix little things that come up here and there. I appreciate that because I know he has several clients. We're going to be engaging with them on another project to architect our revenue tracking as we have a complex model with many different revenue streams reoccurring at different intervals. We'll also be connecting out data warehouse to Salesforce via API and will work with their team again. All in all, it's been a positive experience and I get the feeling they can be as hands on as you want them to be, depending on your own knowledge level and internal resources.

Knowledge and Community Implementation - Ahead of Schedule and under Budget!!

We worked with Scott Grant and Melisa Anderson on our recent knowledge and communities launch. Not only did we coming under budget, but ahead of schedule! This implementation was a huge must achieve for the year and we couldn't have done it with out these ladies! Not only are they both extremely knowledge about about the product, but they are both eager to understand how our business runs that we can come up with the best possible solution to solve our pain points.
