The Silverline team was a pleasure to work with throughout our 5 month implementation. As we stood up our Salesforce instance for the first time, they took the time to learn our business, walked us through all our options, and recommended the right path forward at every turn. They kept the project on schedule and provided clear documentation and training every step of the way.

Mphasis (Silverline) has been a very valued partner in the development of our application -- the use case for which is very unique as there are only a handful of businesses in the country that operate in the charitable co-payment assistance space. Our previous system was leased and is proprietary to another organization, so we were developing Salesforce from the ground up and with zero knowledge of how the legacy system was structured under the hood. Our primary solutions architect within Mphasis has delivered exceptional service to interpret our needs and business processes and turn them into the interfaces, flows, and complex integrations that meet our highly unique business.

Working with the Salesforce Team to discuss how the tools and application could work to solve the issues we had with processing travel requests was very helpful and informative. Then when we initiated the project the Silverline Team was most excellent in keeping us on task and informing us of the goals for each sprint and our deadlines. Both Teams have very knowledgeable and supportive Teams that can assist with bringing a group up to speed and be supportive when the project seems overwhelming.

Silverline supported our implementation of amortization and revenue forecasting dashboards to enhance sales planning and performance visibility. Their project management approach was especially impressive—weekly status meetings followed a clear structure and kept everything on track. It was evident they had built similar solutions many times before, which made the execution smooth and efficient. During launch and post-launch, their hypercare support was responsive and proactive, keeping us well-informed throughout. The team was easy to collaborate with, brought solid industry knowledge, and made the entire process feel seamless.

We are returning customers to CA and I have to say, it is great to be back. The upgrades they have made to the platform over the past few years are amazing. If you are looking for a calendar app that works seamlessly with Salesforce, and is fully customizable, than look no further. Not only is the platform easy to use, the customer service is second to none. Tony and Rebecca have been great! They took the time to learn our use cases and explain all the features and benefits of CA. Can't wait to dive in and apply some of the new knowledge that was shared with me during our call.

Great App and Feature!

We used Calendar Anything for a few years and loved the features that it offered! We were able to track and maintain our course schedules for the many training programs we offer at a highly organized level. Never had a bad experience with the tool or with the team. The renewal team was always great to deal with and quick to answer any questions. We stopped using the tool simply for a change in business flows and needs. I'd recommend Calendar Anything to anyone for organizing calendars, schedules and more!

One of the best experiences I have had with a project of this type and the implementation. The team was excellent. I felt very informed and confident through the entire process. Sara did a wonderful job managing the timeline and keeping us up to date. The team was very responsive and we are very happy with the outcome. We will be using Silverline again in the future.
