BlackIron Group and Vandana Kareer, in particular, were a pleasure to work with. We came into the project with a CRM that was all over the place and Vandana was incredibly patient throughout the process and helped guide us with best practices, while also making sure Salesforce fit our model. Now that we have fully implemented Salesforce we intend to continue to use BIG when necessary since we're fully aware that we are not Salesforce experts (yet) and we know that they are reliable partners who we genuinely like working with!

Up and Running

BlackIron Group was very effective and efficient in getting us up and running on Salesforce. The two areas that stood out were their understanding of our particular business and specific requirements and understanding our priorities in which features/applications we needed immediately versus capabilities we would like to incorporate down the road. Excellent service from BIG

They were able to help customize the software to our needs, provided in-person trainings with our team, and was always available for follow up communication throughout the launch.
