Diabsolut: Agentforce, Service & Revenue Implementation

We engaged Diabsolut to assess the current state of our Certinia PSA implementation which was several years old and was not at all meeting the needs of our users or business leaders. In our initial implementation of the tool 10 years ago (as Financial Force) we were not able to effectively use resource management or task tracking. Over time our usage devolved to users tracking only time against milestones for billing purposes. We engaged Diabsolut to come in and assess what we were currently doing and compare it against best practice. They spent a few months with our users assessing their certinia use as well as all of the other "work around" tools in use. They left us with a detailed design document of our assessed business needs and recomendations for transformation. In the process they partnered closely with our internal ops team, IT and sozens of individual stakeholders. They were professional, knowledgable and acted with exactly the urgency that we needed. They were also really flexible with applying resources for the peices that we needed help with so that we could make the most of our budget. We are now ingesting the details of their work to determine our next steps (transformation roadmap). They were a great team that I would recomend working with.

I never give a perfect score, but I did for Diabsolut. They exceeded my expectations which isn't easy to do. We have complex issues and they were able to step in and resolve problems with a quick turnaround that we had been working with the vendor on for years. They were available for emergency system issues and brought them to resolution. They never complained when we had repeated system issues. They are organized. I couldn't come up with 1 thing to say they should approve upon. So there we are- 5's across the board.
