We have really enjoyed our experience with Forefront. They are taking us into a challenging integration with Liftnet and we have asked for some tricky use cases. They have done a great job of guiding us and being nimble as we work our way through all of the poor processes that we have in place. 'Best practices' is a phrase that has been uttered a lot. We have learned we had some pretty poor practices and would be remiss if we didn't mention that Forefront is driving us in a more sustainable future with how we interact with a CRM. Special thanks to William who has been our guy and really has gone above and beyond in our engagement with Forefront!

Chris Cook was a great asset to assist us in moving into using Quotes and Orders via our internal CPQ from a summary level integration with our CPQ. The design was sound and currently functioning as desired.

They took the time to learn our processes overall which aided in the build. We will be engaging them for other projects.

This partner was very helpful for us. Our organization had zero prior experience with the Salesforce platform, so we had a lot of learning to do and the curve was rather steep. It was very easy to schedule a time with the developers to have a meeting and go over the project. With that said, I sometimes felt in the dark. They were aware that we were inexperienced with Salesforce and I believe they could have provided more advice. We ran into significant problems as a result of our own inexperience. I believe this partner should have been more proactive and guided us better. Knowing what I know now, these issues were obviously going to come up. It's just our org was not experienced enough with the platform to recognize it at the time. But our partner should definitely have seen these problems coming and I wish they had warned us proactively. With that said, we absolutely relied on our partner and enjoyed their support. Without their assistance, it would have been impossible for us to move forward. Their team is quite knowledgeable and professional. Whenever I had a request, I had full confidence that they would see to it and eventually solve whatever issue I raised.
