Users can view and create records for any Salesforce object directly from Outlook. Flexible integration enables users to record emails, create new records, and automate sync for contacts, calendars, and tasks—all with data securely stored in Salesforce for as long as you need it. CREATE: Users can view or create records for any Salesforce object from Outlook. RECORD: Add emails to specific Salesforce records with a single click. Create follow-up tasks as you relate emails. SYNC: Automate contact, calendar, and task sync with independent, configurable rules. BOOK: TimeScout takes the back and forth out of booking meetings with preset meeting types and shared calendar links that reflect real-time scheduler availability. TRACK: LinkPoint Tracker enables users to track when an outbound email is opened by one or more recipients with real-time notifications. LinkPoint Connect supports Salesforce Lightning, Partner Communities, Salesforce Shield, and third-party Salesforce overlay instances. IMAP, POP3, Citrix/Terminal Services are supported.
