Awesome support
I need to acknowledge Nancy Phippins for her tremendous effort and guidance in resolving our TimeTrade/Outlook sync issue. She was very responsive through email, and offered to assist via Webex to resolve the ongoing issues we were experiencing, after installing TimeTrade in Salesforce. Great work Ms. Phippins.
Disappointment All The Way Around
This application was installed prior to my being the administrator and it has been the bane of my existence since. I feel the product might warrant a better review if it was more intuitive to the end user and if customer service/support actually existed. Having support tell an end user that they will need to have admin rights for the application to sync to Salesforce? Horrific. I can't even get them on the phone much less respond to an email. I will never recommend them for any organization I'm an admin for if I can help it.
Very poor customer service
From the get go, I've been disappointed with the customer service - or lack thereof. It was difficult to schedule a demo of the product and the sales rep never called or emailed me back. Once I got over that and decided to move forward with the purchase, the website wouldn't accept my credit card. I called sales and they said that they can't take purchases over the phone and was told to submit a support ticket online. I then called Finance and no one answered and was directed to a voicemail. I have a very large team that I need this feature for, but at this point, I have no interest in working with this company. I'm worried that if I had other support issues, they would never be resolved and I cannot put my trust in a company like this.
Poor Customer Service
Very poor customer service during set up. Already failed us before we been purchased the product. Would have like to get some "Phone Support" but instead was only offered the ability to chat with a rep for 2 days for something that could have been resolved in a 10 minute phone call. Advice: make your customers and potential customers feel important. If the first impression is bad, folks will be less like to go with your product.
Good value
This software, while it can be moderately challenging to initially setup, works very well for us. We were able to get our 3 person support team on it for $900. There was a cheaper option as well ($300). Overall, once it's setup, it works seamlessly and saves us a ton of time. I recommend!
Works well
This ap works well and has helped me to better manage my time. There are improvements that could be made to decrease the amount of time it takes to set up appointment availability, but I would recommend as is.
Not Sandbox Compatible
I was disappointed that TimeTrade does not support Salesforce.com Sandbox environments. We were not willing to install directly into our production environment to test. Therefore, I didn't get the chance to see how this really works.

Yes, I had logged a ticket back in June and was told by support: "Unfortunately, the sandbox environment is no longer a supported supported environment and must be installed in a production environment."

Sorry for the headache. Did you send in a support ticket? We have support engineers that can help with the installation if you're running into problems. You can submit a ticket here: http://support.timetrade.com
Many technical difficulties
While I definitely appreciate the capabilities that Timetrade brings to the table, the user experience and technical difficulties we have outweigh those capabilities. Whenever I have to make a change to our routing, I end up with some sort of problem - either that a google calendar doesn't sync right or something that I end up spending an hour for something that should only take 10 minutes. Usually I have to submit a support ticket which is takes more than a day to resolve. I've reviewed the information in support, but most of it doesn't cover the problems I have. And the user experience is not intuitive so you end up making mistakes no matter how careful you are. I really wish it worked better technically, because the concept and the features it advertises are awesome. The execution just isn't.
Leaves a lot to be desired
I really wanted to love TimeTrade. But the product falls short of what any business with more than a couple users would need. As an administrator, it is not possible to provision Meeting Request URLs for your employees. For example, let's say you have a 20-person sales team. You may want to provision these 20 users in TimeTrade. TimeTrade is not a native salesforce application, so there's no ability to leverage the existing users you have defined in Salesforce. This wouldn't be so bad, but when you create users over on TimeTrade.com, you have no way of seeing what the meeting request URL is for your users. A meeting request URL is specific to a user and what TimeTrade calls an activity (e.g. 15 minute meeting, 30 minute meeting, etc.). So while you'd expect a predictable URL structure like timetrade/book/userid/activityid, it doesn't work that way. The create a 6-character alpha code specific to each user/activity combination, and THE ONLY PERSON WHO CAN SEE THAT URL is the end user - the administrator cannot see it. This effectively makes it impossible to provision users in advance, and run something like an email campaign from each user with a link to their meeting page. Also, their "landing pages" require at least one form field, and it is not possible to pre-fill values using URL parameters. Overall it is really difficult to integrate Timetrade with any sort of medium-sized Salesforce/Marketo/etc. deployment. This product seems designed for individual SMB users, not ready for prime time for larger users. The sales rep suggests an enterprise version that starts for $10k/yr where they do custom work, but he was not technical enough to even understand the questions I was asking or explain how that product worked, so I didn't bother pursuing it. Now we're looking else where to solve this problem, though options seem scarce. Frustrated!

Hi Chris, any chance you can call me? I'd like to learn more about this app and see if it's a good fit for my organization. Thanks! - Mike 888.858.9511 ext. 801.
Tool works well - requires the end user to do a lot of their own set up
Time trade is a great tool and can save lots of time scheduling meetings. However, as an admin it did not allow me to do any of the set up for my end users. Each activity you set up has its own custom URL link for each user. Meaning, your sales person will need to connect Time Trade to their own calendar, create a button or link themselves (if you are using Outlook or a Salesforce.com template) and then locate and apply the correct URL to the button or link for each activity type. If Time Trade would allow the admin user to see the unique URLs for the end users, you could create email templates or landing pages for the them, rather than asking the sales team to set this up on their own.
Thanks for the review! I had the same problem. Definitely will not be going with this company.
