akaCRM (SIG Group) took over as our Salesforce partner from CRM Culture when they got out of the business. The first project they picked up was moving us from Salesforce Classic to Ligthning. A big project in itself with a lot of customization. They did a great job pulling out the details to help us scope that project and execute the change. Since they have helped us with many other projects of varying sizes. In each case they offer multiple solutions and help us find the right one to execute.

Working with akaCRM has been an incredible experience. Our consulting partner, Lauren Spencer, has been phenomenal. She communicates timelines and setbacks, always provides thorough documentation for me to share with my team, and gives learning opportunities for my direct reports.
