We love our partner team through Fionta! They have assisted with sometimes complex conversations and helped us problem-solve solutions that work for us, including a pivot due to unforeseen costs that had to be moved under a different cost code, requiring us to streamline a developed module.

Fionta has been by far the best Salesforce partner I have had. Where I normally have to do a lot of translating from my non-profit team to the Salesforce vendor, here they completely understood our stakeholders. I have not had one disappointing experience with them.

Fionta helped us build out our Salesforce interface and connection with Descartes Visual Compliance. They took the lead at understanding the needs of the situation (Descartes), gathered my agreement, and effectively executed against all of them. They were easy to work with, and they communicated regularly about the hours they worked, and what was left to work (vs. the contract). On occasion items took longer than expected, but not without reason.

We were skeptical in engaging services because our former “partner” over promised and under delivered consistently. We found Fionta through a recommendation from another firm and I’m SO thrilled that we did. The staff is professional and knows what they’re doing. So much so that I actually looked forward to our meetings with them (vs the dread I used to feel). I used the word partner above in quotes because for the past 6 years the firm was not our partner. Since we found Fionta I can say we finally do - so much so that we just signed off on an engagement for many more projects in 2026. I believe this is the beginning of something great!
