Our consulting partner, Dayspring Partners, and our point of contact, Jessica, were outstanding in solving a problem that has been plaguing us for quite some time, tracking our students in Salesforce. Enneagram Prison Project teaches in prisons and jails around the world and now, during COVID, we also teach on the outside. Tracking classes and student attendance in Salesforce has always been a chore. When the Program Management Module (PMM) came available to the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), Dayspring and Jessica were on top of the release and had already tested the earliest version. They didn't push that we transition right out of the gate but waited for the module to go through a bit of burn-in before recommending a solution. And then they delivered on it, on time and under budget. :-) I couldn't be happier with our partner.

Our organization hired Dayspring to transition us from a Filemaker database to Salesforce. We are now able to use Salesforce for fundraising, making and tracking referrals for our lawyer referral service, tracking grant information, and tracking citations from the Department of Public Health.
