Etrigue - very effecitive capabilities
eTrigue was the easiest way for us to allow our sales folks to do outbound, personalized email and track response. We set up simple templates that allow for quick and easy personalization. Templates are easy to setup. Reports are as well. In addition to tracking the success of activities, we can also generate alerts in real time so sales folks can be notified. This has been a great capability, and is a fantastic complement to the eTrigue marketing automation system. EeTrigue DemandCneter is the best of the breed for marketing automation and demand generation.
eTrigue SalesPro Rocks! Reps love it, and sell more
eTrigue Sales Pro took us about 30 minutes and our small sales team was full steam ahead. After we set up a couple templates, added some tracking links with the editor, then the sales team could personalize and send trackable emails to their leads and contacts. The best part, our marketing team kept control of the messaging going out, so we dont get Brand Boznia going in 100 directions. eTrigue SalesPro keeps our sales team in salesforce, and gives the power to the hunters, and automated reporting to me and my mgmt. This is a great way to dip your toe in, without having to commit to a full marketing automation system - but can add when we are ready. Obviously created by people who have worked with BOTH marketing and sales team and understand the goals of each separately and together.

What are the advantages of this email tracking system over the HTML email tracking available for free in Salesforce.com already? What % of your emails actually show as being tracked? With HTML tracking in SF it seems that most companies spam blockers prevent the tracking from taking place almost all of the time.
