I have been working with Arxxus for the last two years. My team was asked to take-over the company's original deployment of Salesforce with absolutely no background in cloud-based systems. Arxxus implemented Salesforce for our organisation, helping us move from a custom legacy system to the Salesforce platform which will meet our growing needs into the future. Arxxus were clearly the strongest partner in our selection process and delivered to our expectations and delivered on time. A tricky implementation performed above and beyond

Arxxus were contracted to update and upgrade some existing functionality we had built into salesforce using Apex coding. Not only did they get to grips with another developers code but they completed the whole project on budget - and offered suggestions and improvement to the planned solution. In my opinion, that's the sign of a truly collaborative partner. We will definitely be using Arxxus again.

A Great Implementation Experience

Arxxus have been a pleasure to deal with and we highly recommend them as a Salesforce.com Implementation partner. We met with Vasko, our account manager very early in the business case process and he took the time to understand our complicated requirements and happily accomodated our changing business model. This is reflected in our project delivering on time and on budget. Our solution is highly customised and required significant integration with a third party solution. Manish, our development manager was able to pick up the requirements quickly, he challenged the solution where necessary and despite some of the challenges presented always worked with us to find a solution whilst maintaing the highest level of professionalism. We cannot fault the service his team provided in delivering to our very tight timeframes. Excellent Service

We first took on Arxxus based on a recommendation from Salesforce themselves. While our business has a strong technical understanding, we had never worked with the platform before. Arxxus were efficient in collecting our requirements and delivering everything we had asked for to kick off Salesforce inside our organisation quickly. Naturally as we got into it, we proposed some changes along the way, Arxxus were flexible enough to accomodate new requests with a minimum of fuss. Post-implementation they have been available and willing to help with any tweaks.. including personal visits to our offices to discuss and explore further requirements for the business and feedback on their work. They are efficient, responsive to our needs and overall a pleasure to deal with.

The perfect service partner

Arxxus was a pleasure to deal with from the moment the sales person came to visit us. Vasko was polite, a good fact finder, a good listener and efficiently got to the core of our needs. The proposal was sent quickly and was great value. Our engagement manager, Shae, was efficient and persistant with getting us to provide the information needed to get the project underway. Once we were introduced to Jay and Divvya who handled the project everything continued smoothly. There was lots of consultation and great communication through them and Shae.
