More than a Sales tool from The Doble Group

When we purchased SalesForce we got an extremely great tool to manage sales. But Double Group added experience, sales techniques, sales management, and even propositioning to the tool in their interaction with our firm. Their training was also "spot-on target" with respect to business-to-business marketing and sales concepts. We got "value propositioning", "value compass", "360 degree view" traditional concepts plus a sales tool; all in one package!

Doble Group partnered with Digicel to train and roll out salesforce.com to 25 markets within 3 months. This would not have been possible without first selecting the right partnership to achieve this very goal. In implementing any system, adoption is the key and it first starts with training. I personally think that because of the passion and belief Doble Group has in the salesforce.com product during the training; they were able to exude this passion to staff using practical examples on how this product would change how they do sales. Doble Group saved our sanity

We had a tough first year with Property Base (PB). PB looks great on paper, and certainly stood out as a winner when we were selecting a quality Real Estate CRM for our needs a year ago. However, implementation and ongoing ease of use was a whole other story. Things finally came to a head in December when we were trying to import a small number of contacts into our PB account. After multiple email exchanges with PB support, and no resolution, I was close to swearing I would not renew our PB subscription in January. However, I went online and found some PB partners. I called Mariano Doble at Doble Group, and he immediately, put us in touch with one of his people, who resolved the problem like it was child's play. I would happily pay more for my PB subscription knowing that I would have access to Doble Group when we run into PB issues. Thanks again, Mariano!
