So happy we found Sandra Schanzer of Dorset Consulting!
As a small non-profit, we have a ton to do with a little staff. Sandra has taken us from our initial implementation of Salesforce, through a few updates, to the present, where we are able generate the data and reports we need pretty darn efficiently. She is always available for my questions - similarly brilliant with both simplistic or complex tasks and information - whichever my brain settings for the day.

We are a non-profit organization and quite frankly, our outdated system was a mess. Sandra, with her sunny, upbeat personality, patience, and professional work ethics was the best thing that happened to us.
