Salesforce Implementation & Training

Its difficult to quantify the impact of Bash and his Team at ZumZum on our Implementation of Salesforce as it was so broad and wide ranging. He really took time to understand our business and make appropriate recommendations and proposals that suited our style of working and business. He worked through our relentless questions and delivered a customised version of Salesforce that looked and felt like 'ours' which assisted with adoption rates. The training was split into different role types and overall the staged implementation meant it was embedded properly into our team, ensuring its ongoing success. I've been really impressed with not only the quality of the work from the team but also the professional manner with which enquiries are dealt with, systematically and with a keen eye on timescales and deliverables. Set-up of Salesforce system

Zum Zum were introduced to us as a company who could adapt certain elements of the salesforce system to meet our requirements.
