We are an Australian not for profit advocacy organisation. In early 2022 we were experiencing ongoing of problems with our existing CRM and needed to look at other options in the market to better meet our needs. We wanted to utilise technology to work more efficiently by automating admin tasks where possible and streamlining workflow. We also wanted to improve access to data about our services to make informed operational decisions. We explored several options available on the market, including Salesforce. SalesFix provided us with a custom demonstration based on some initial scoping work about our service and this was really helpful to help us see the potential benefits of the Salesforce platform. The deciding factor for us to move forward was that we really felt that SalesFix understood our organisations needs, the services we deliver and the pain points we were looking to overcome. This gave us the confidence to move forward with Salesforce platform and partner with SalesFix to build our new system. We worked across a 8 month period through different build phases with our assigned SalesFix team. This was a very collaborative process with the team as we were learning about the system capabilities as we were building. The system we have built is very much tailored to our processes making it easy for the end user to do their job efficiently and consistently. The collaborative process was critical to building the system and us launching successfully with very little to no disruption to business. The teething issues were very minor and mostly related to users learning a new system. Some key highlights for us: 1. SalesFix worked with us to build our capacity to understand, use and manage the system ongoing. Fixing small issues etc. we can do ourselves and then utilising SalesFix for more complex issues or new features etc. 2. Responsiveness + easy to work with - The team at SalesFix were always responsive to our needs and deadlines and felt like they were genuine
