Great Experience

We were in need of a partner to help us implement utilizing SMS messaging to our communication processes and chose to partner with them. It was incredibly easy to install and customize to meet our requirements. Additionally, we partnered with Aravind Pradhani to help us set up some automated SMS messaging campaigns to our contacts based on certain criteria. He was super knowledgeable and was able to complete these use cases incredibly quickly. We love how everything turned out! Overall, we would highly recommend SMS Magic to anyone looking for a Salesforce integrated SMS partner.

Great functions, easy to use and supportive team

We use the SMS Magic predominantly for time triggered events and see consistently good success rates on our SMS delivery. We've also used the campaign manager which is easy to setup and launch. We were able to have a campaign ready in less than 10min. We ran our latest campaign using salesforce and SMS magic functions and the SMS Magic campaign experience was, without a doubt, the better of the two. Our account manager Anil Gurnani has been great at helping us learn the functionality to make the most of system.

Good customer service

Our representative, Nikunj Newaskar, was knowledgeable and responsive. He assisted us with licensing issues, identified potential features for future use, and provided valuable feedback on our account, including guidance on identifying recipients who have opted out of text messages.
