On-going support, and smooth integration of our new Shopify website to Salesforce

Thanks to Dave and the team at AAkonsult for their on-going support, including the integration of our new Shopify website with Salesforce. Custom Dashboards and Process Implementation - Cellestis

We contracted with AAkonsult to develop a range of custom dashboards for our Global, US and European sales and marketing requirements. The needs were quite diverse and extensive. Jeff got into the work based on mock-ups provided and was able to generate these very quickly and effectively. We were able to get direct feedback on these and Jeff made changes immediately. We found him to be very responsive and helpful. In fact, there were a couple additional challenges we faced with other aspects of Salesforce and Jeff was able to talk us through these without any trouble, saving us a lot of frustration. The next project we initiated with Jeff was in a process implementation for a custom-designed User Reference tool which recorded registration details through the API gateway. This was leading to a large redundancy of new "leads", often for existing Contacts, creating more work for our sales representatives and marketing staff. Jeff was able to develop a logical flow to map these registrations to either a new lead or an existing contact, recording the activity and enabling us to achieve the goal of the overall project. He did this through a sandbox environment and with very little supervision. The result was EXACTLY what we were wanting. Overall, we've been very impressed by Jeff's focus, support, and willingness to go beyond the basic deliverable to make sure we were happy with the outcome. I would highly recommend Jeff and AAkonsult to anyone needing assistance with Salesforce.
