This was a project of necessity to connect 2 salesforce orgs due to an acquisition where it was not feasible to merge the orgs. Fantastic teamwork between CloudConsulting and our IT department.

We signed up for Salesforce- and had a myriad of pesky issues that seemed to impede every stage of our implementation process. Nothing too drastic, just a constant barrage of assumptions on our end that sabotaged the whole migration. After asking a for a recommendation from a colleague and talking with Tom Barber - we set up a group implementation session to work out what needed to be done to make it a success. Tom managed to quickly, succinctly and expertly connect the dots - and make our implementation go smoothly. He answered questions, trained us on proper usage and effectively made some customizations that have made our Salesforce an indispensable tool that we all use. You know it was done right - when afterwards you try to think what like was like before you started using it!
